    1907 1st Annual Old Timers Picnic New Castle, Pa. Pamphlet Cascade Park , New Castle, Pa. Aug. 23, 1907 The picnic was attended by over 7,000 persons. It was open to persons , and their descendants, who lived in the New Castle area prior to the Civic War. This restriction was later dropped. Pamphlets were distributed prior to the picnic. Measurements 4 1/8 inch by 9 1/8 inch. Some discoloration present.
