:  see description and supersized photos - 10 pages/months with clear and legible writing - prints are intact and distinct except for the month of April which is significantly torn but still attached - noticeable foxing and soiling with a few rust spots that appear to be from a paper clip that probably held the pieces together - other antique wear overall
