These plans were carefully removed from a magazine titled "The Architectural Forum". The page was removed from a 1926 issue, THIS IS A REAL PAGE FROM THE RARE MAGAZINE, NOT A COPY OR REPRO. The magazine this was removed from had a very small circulation at that time, not very many pages of this exist, don't miss out! This is a beautifully detailed Lithograph as well as detailed Schematics of The City Club of Philadelphia. Total of 1 page, images on both sides of the page, page is 8 1/8" x 11 3/8".
