Lots of raw as well as certified coins and other items soon to come. Returns are always fine as long as the coins stay in the holder that they arrive in. Raw or certified. If you take them out or if you crack out a coin out of a certified holder (ie; PCGS, NGC, ICG or ANACS) we will not accept the coin back.  And secondly, we will have the postal worker observe us opening the package to verify the item or returned.
