1942 Lyons Metal Products Shop Factory Furniture Catalog Circular WWII Homefront

Description

This is an original WWII era foldout catalog circular on Lyon metal shop and factory furniture issued by the Lyon Metal Products Company of Aurora, Illinois.    This is a single piece designed for direct mail advertising that folds out into a small poster format measuring about 22.5” x 14.5”.    This brochure has March 1942 postmark and proclaims “LYON SHOP EQUIPMENT Speeds Vital War-Time Production”.   A wide variety of metal furniture is shown with photos including desks, benches, cabinets, lockers, shelving and that sort of thing.  Included are various references to vital war time production and defense work.
This catalog circular is a vintage original issued a few months after the United States entered WWII.  This circular is fully complete with some dust staining and foxing to the cover panels.   There are a couple spots with about and inch of so of separation on the fold lines.  Overall condition is otherwise very good.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
