Description
This is a lovely fragment of what was most likely a larger group of hand painted signage for an "Indian Village" tourist attraction in the Upper peninsula of Michigan near the Mackinac Bridge. The sign is of cut out plywood and measures 17" tall (at the broken off feather tip) and 21 " wide at the bottom. This is a nostalgic image but never the less the handsome "folk art" quality of it can not be denied.
