Tanaka Kiyoko's Chopin's "24 Preludes" was once released as a live concert in Poland, but this was her first live performance in Tokyo that same year. As this is also a good song, I am fascinated by its persuasive power and skillful narrative. Only "Fantaisie Improvisation" was recorded on the CD "Nippon Steel Concert Archive" released in 2004.
~ Nippon Broadcasting System, one of Japan's leading radio stations, opened in 1954, and this year marks the 65th anniversary. Since its opening, he has been enthusiastic about classical music, broadcasting the "Nippon Steel Concert" (Fuji Seitetsu Concert until 1970) every week from 1955 to 2005, and received support from music fans. Since it was not a program that broadcasts ready-made records, but a public recording of performances by famous performers inside and outside Japan, many valuable sound sources are left behind. It will be the start of a series that carefully selects them and makes them into a CD. Far from seeing the light of day for the first time, most of them were unknown.
