This antique, early 1900s ad has the caption, "Presenting HOOSIER'S COUNCIL OF KITCHEN SCIENTISTS, Now at Your Service in the Hoosier Cabinet" This is to tell the women (and men) of America that the Hoosier Manufacturing Co. has engaged this staff of talented women to help in any kitchen every day in the week.
