Antique Native American (Indian)Stitching on antlers

An estate sale find: an Antique Native American-Indian Stitching on antlers(- possibly deer antlers not sure) . ( I was told this when I purchased this)  I was told possibly Navajo or Sioux but not sure . Great piece. It’s very old and has some rips/tears. Some cloth ( or whatever the material is) is missing in spots. Underneath has screws in antlers to mount to something .( there is a tear and som missing fabric in an oval shape on back of 1 antler)  Each antler is about 1’ tall. It’s in fair condition I’d say other than some rips as I mentioned.  The antlers are loose can twist a little in center hardly attached I believe . (( I’m no expert look at the pictures you be the judge sold as is where is what you see is what you get.  )) Ask questions/ all sales final/ no returns/ no international shipping.  Thanks.
