This is an outstanding turquoise and coral necklace with a large turquoise pendant by Navajo Charles Johnston. The bead work alone is amazing not to mention the large pendant with it's water web cab and polished branch coral accents. There are more coral accents on the cones at the top of the
necklace
and more on the bale.
Then we come to the natural 10 strand
turquoise
8 x 10 mm nugget and 5 mm rolled coral bead necklace which is incredible by itself. The bright blue polished turquoise nuggets are offset by red coral round beads which form a stripped
pattern
throughout the necklace.
Overall length without the pendant is 24-27" pendant measures 4 1/2 x 2 1/4" and it all weighs 12.58 oz or 356.5 g.
