1. Keep a copy of your tracking number and call us once it shows we have received your package.
2.We test your sensor and provide you with a NO RISK estimate.
3. Upon your approval and repair payment we fix your sensor.
4.Your sensor is tested and then sent back to you fully tested.
5.If your sensor has image issues or abnormal symptoms, we will notify you before completing your repair.
6.You may call us anytime during the repair process for status updates.

your sensor and original parts and refund your total eBay purchase amount to your Paypal

All sensor repairs come with a 6 month parts warranty. Warranty does not cover accidental sensor or cable damage caused by the user or patient. Normal repair turnaround is about 1-5 business days from the approval date unless we are experiencing a higher than normal repair volume which can cause delays up to 2 weeks.
It is the customers responsibility to:
1.Pay for incoming shipping cost.
2. Keep a copy of your tracking number.
3. Pack your sensor properly & include insurance on your package.
4. Include a copy of your eBay sensor repair receipt with your shipment.
5. Include contact info: Name, Phone Number, Return Address and e-mail Address.
6. Contact us for your estimate once your tracking number shows we've received your package.
