This is modification/upgrade for military HMMWV 4-Man(Passenger), Short Bed Models. This is to provide insulation acoustic material, 3-point seat belt system for the passenger behind the drivers side, comes complete with all hardware and installation instructions. Has insulation acoustic material, seat belt assy., nuts, bolts, hardware, seat belt brackets,everything you see pictured. May be able to modifiy to work on behind passenger on RT. side also
