Humanscale replacement cylinder for task chair black or dark grey

these are for humanscale task chair, the body length 9 1/2" the Compressed Length 11 1/2" the fully extended length is 16 1/4" ( If your old cylinder not working if so couple of tip's for removing old non-working cylinder place chair on it's side use a good size pipe wrench grab the cylinder close to where it Engauge's with the seat hold the chair seat and apply pressure to the cylinder it's a tapper fit so it will be snug but with a twist it should dis Engauge from the seat after you have done that place the base upside down support the base and the use a good sized hammer and apply a few blow's to the bottom of the cylinder it's a tapper fit also so it will be snug but it will dis engage after a few blow's of the hammer after the old cylinder is removed place the base back on it's wheels and insert new cylinder and the place the upper seat assemble on to the stem of the new cylinder cycle the chair a few time's up and down to seat the new cylinder now you all done
