    Description

    This is an important very rare original antique watercolour painting of a Bull Terrier, signed by the artist bottom right, "J.N." of very good quality, it is titled to the front underneath the dog "Ch Duchess Of Lillington 1913-1916" in its original mount which is a little discoloured the painting itself is in very good condition, Ch Duchess Of Lillington was a very famous English Bull Terrier from the Lillington Prize winning Kennels in London, our second photograph shows 3 pages taken from the Our Dogs magazine for December 1922 with details of the Kennels and photographs of the dog and some information about it. This information will be sent with the painting to the successful buyer, overall size including matt is approx. 17" x 13.5" the actual image is approx. 12" x 8"
