BEUF Express Ultra Chassis Kit
"G7 chassis for the latest superspeedway tracks. Xtra strong technology and with shorter length and reverse tapered outer rails. Solid mount for the ultimate in handling and durability. Use with M469 cut down guide. Use 1/16 brass tubes or stainless tubing for body mounts (sand outside of stainless just before using provide maximum solder adhesion) Use Koford low temp silver solder for all joints except for pillow blocks and brace. Use minimum of heat to avoid softening aluminum. Do not solder bar weights to chassis. If weight is required, tape stick-on lead behind guide nut. When removing motor use sufficient heat so that only light pressure is required to push motor out. Heavy pressure will remove plating.
Removal
can be made easier by using a piece of thin stainless shim stock (.003") or a dulled razor blade and heating up the back solder joint and slicing it, before heating up and removing side joint. With proper care plating life is nearly
unlimited
