    MERCRUISER SSMIII III 2638641 HEAVY DUTY OUTDRIVE 1970’s “CLUB/FOOT” COMPLETE . Condition is Used. PLEASE SEE PICS OF CONDITION  From freshwater houseboat use, was mated with a 350/velvet drive transmission. (not included).  Propeller is included and is in good shape. I assume 12 or 11 pitch. Outdrive turns freely and easily, U joints are in good shape and there are no cracks or casing damage aside from a few scratches here and there. THIS IS A USED ORIGINAL UNIT AND I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF HISTORY AS FAR AS CONDITION OF SEALS. Oil in the unit is and was clean when I originally checked it, BUT HAVE NOT PHYSICALLY RAN IT ON A BOAT TO SEE IF THERE ARE LEAKS, SO THEREFORE SEAL REPLACEMENT COULD BE NEEDED AT SOME POINT. Ships on a pallet VIA MOST ECONOMICAL/INSURED ROUTE to a commercial location only as this unit weighs 150 lbs or more palleted. Can also ship through Fastenal if you prefer.
