This item is imported from Mexico and is great quality. It is made of stainless steel but is not shiny. Since they are made in small factories, they are not shiny and are hand made so they are not perfect like chinese factories make them but the quality is actually better in my opinion. It is a little bent on the top so that you can hook it. The handle is flexible so that you can bend it if you would like to change the shape of it.
