This is a Native American prayer feather, powwow regalia, smudge fan, prayer fan, or feather smudge fan. It is made with a natural turkey wing feather, hand cut deerskin leather, a wood bead, pink and tan glass crow beads.
This can be used with powwow regalia, for dancing,  smudging or as wall décor. This will show up nicely on your wall when used as wall décor. The fan is 13 1/2 inches from the top of the feather to the bottom of the deerskin handle.
