old souvenir advertising Clifton TX Mercantile Co miniature lane cedar chest

I am located in Ft worth, Clifton is not far. This is from a Ft worth estate. So got online and there was Clifton Mercantile. So in Description it is listed as Texas though it is not on the box. Some light scuffing and spots. I did not try cleaning it. The hinges are excellent, but no key.
