Original Vintage Gargoyle Mobiloil 5-Quart Oil Can distributed by Socony-Vacuum

Up for bid is an original vintage hard to find metal 5-quart Mobiloil can with the Gargoyle logo. Graphics are in very good condition.
It stands 9-5/8” H x 6¾” diameter. There is a 1½” x 1” hole near the base on one side of the can as seen in the pictures.
No other significant damage on the can with only minor dents and/or scratches customary for its age. The top of the can has been removed. The bottom of the can is in good condition with only minor surface rust.
The can displays well and would make a welcome addition to any collection. Please review all photos in detail as they form part of the condition description.
