    Up for bid is a Parma Detailing pen which I think is new. One end is a fine tip and the other is very fine. I tried it out to make sure it was not dry and it worked perfect. Both tips are in perfect condition and not mashed down. You will get exactly what you see.  I ship U.S.P.S. Priority mail unless it is in an envelope or under 13oz.. This way it can be tracked and insured. Will ship worldwide.
