What you are bidding on is a pass from the above institution or railroads. Most passes are in very good condition, unless otherwise stated. Some scans look like the pass is trimmed on some edges, but that is the fault of the scanner. Please look at photo for condition also. These passes have been in my Dad's collection for more than 50 years. Most of the passes were issued to executives of the railroad at the time of issuance.
