    In original sealed plastic United States of America Post Office Department Marble & Brass Dedication Plaque from August 29,1970, in Richmond Virginia for the Main Post Office.  It is 3.5" x 2.5" x 1".  The seal is set in blue, white and gold.  It is in excellent original condition.
    This is a rare item for the discerning collector not found elsewhere on eBay or otherwise.
