Repair Service for - Dexis Platinum or Gendex GXS-700 Intraoral X-Ray Sensor
Payment of the list price is contingent on successful repairs - or in other words, you only pay once the repairs are complete. My goal is always to accumulate long term customers by performing quality work. See the terms below for reference.

Please see my positive feedback on past sensors. There isn't a lot of history yet, but my customers so far here are happy with my work. If you click 'see seller's other items' and filter to 'sold', you will see that I have multiple satisfied customers. Again, you only pay once the repairs are complete and the unit works.

On some models, there are deep repairs I can perform that no other service provider is capable of, to my knowledge. This especially applies to Dexis Platinum and Gendex GXS-700 units, and design flaws specific to those models that other repair ops don't have the articulation/tools/knowledge for. I've been working on, and writing software for x-ray sensors for years.
Terms:
-On completion of repairs, customer agrees to pay the order/service fee, within 5 business days.
-I store proof of unit functionality on order completion. If a unit arrives with an issue, please let me know and I will do my best to help you get it going again, up to testing re-repairing the unit. Much of the time, however, if this situation happens it is user error.
-You, the customer, agree that the service is being performed in the State of Utah, at my workspace location.
- You agree to provide tracking number as soon as you ship your unit(s). You will please require signature if shipping via USPS.
-You agree to sign a service order agreement reflecting these terms.
-If the unit is nonrepairable, customer agrees to pay for return shipping.
