    Written by William Pelletreau and first published in 1900 by Francis P. Harper in 10 Parts. These are 9 reproductions of EARLY NEW YORK HOVSES which do not include the writer’s descriptions. Cover and inside page are photocopies that were found with the illustrations. Among the reprints are: The Oldest Houses on Lafayette Plaza, The Site of Captain Kidd’s House and The Merchants’ Exchange.
    *Please Note* There are some creased pages and torn edges. There is slight staining on 7 pages and heavier staining on 2, but the illustrations themselves are not affected. A nice piece of New York City history.
    We are currently shipping within the US only. We ship within two (2) days of cleared payment. Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Select. Packages weighing under 16 ounces will be sent via First Class Mail. A nominal fee is charged for packaging and shipping materials. We are glad to combine shipping.     Payment is requested within three (3) days of the auction’s close.
    If after receiving an item, you are dissatisfied, you may return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund unless it is specified in the listing that returns are NOT accepted on that item. We ask that you send us a message over eBay if you would like to make a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and must pack the item in the same box and materials in which it was shipped. All items must be insured for their full value. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the purchase price back to you.
