(see complete listing of contents below). These chapters are written from top experts in the field (for example, Tommy Thomas wrote the chapter on trick photography.)
I have been into stereo photography for over 30 years now and I consider this to be the best reference in stereo ever written. Of course, the second best reference is my Stereo Realist book! :) (available on my ebay store)
