These sure don't come up often. Most Test Pez pieces remain in collections because of their rarity and being very special. This was made from the pez factory testing out different colors or perhaps employees just flushing out the mold with what ever color was being used. So very few of these exist or perhaps the only one? I was going to keep this one in my collection but have decided to sell it. Once this test pez is sold that is it. I only have 1 of these.
Here is a really cool one. This is a very special Hippo. The color of the head is a pearlized blue with sparkles and even has special printing on its eyes that are different from the original Pez. This is an amazing piece! The plastic is colored through the whole piece of plastic. This was a test piece from the factory. The stem is a 4.9 patent made in Slovenia. I would call this dispenser in great shape. No cracks or melt marks.  Head is snappy. Slider slides up and down fine. All is in great shape. An amazing piece to add to your collection.
