  • Condition: The brochure is well kept condition with very minor condition issues, a small chip take out at top, and some nibbles on outer edge. Corners are rounded and a bend at top right. Back cover has minor spots of foreign paper adhesion, and some spotting. The interior of the brochure is complete and vivid with no condition issues noted out of the ordinary of an item of this age and relatively free of and foxing, toning or staining on pages. It is in an excellent state of preservation.

    Posted is a scarce original brochure from The Kittatinny Hotel Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania. This famous hotel was in operation for nearly a century and I would expect this to date to circa 1915-1920. It has to be post 1913 as that is when Charles H. White became the owner / proprietor of the hotel. The brochure is filled with photos and information on local attractions, activities available on the grounds and interior photos of the main areas of the hotel. Very neat piece for the local historian or collector.
