Unknown Peter Stone Glossy Floral Tiger Lily Decorator Foundation Quarter Horse

This is an unknown Traditional-size/scale (about 8" tall), glossy decorator Peter Stone.  This fellow was made from the Foundation Quarter Horse mold and features a lavender/green/orange floral tiger lily design.  Neither I nor the Stone reference site knows anything about him, although I did come across a different floral design deco on this mold.  If you know anything about him, feel free to share!  There is a scratch on the outside of the left knee & the ear tip is bent back.
