1991 “Pet Pals” Skipper Doll #2709
by Mattel. Barbie’s teen sister, Skipper, is dressed in her original 3-pc. outfit & the paint-screen decal on her shirt front is in excellent condition.  Her original Blonde crimped hair style also has its original pink ribbon.
Complete Accessories include:
Yellow & Pink Pet Carrier, White Dog with pink bow.
Plus dog's food dish, leash, bone, etc.

by Mattel, made in China:  Black Fanny Pack, black shoes, pink dog-design Shirt (front decal in perfect condition), with black/pink print Pants & original 1991 “Pet Stickers.”
All items are in Very Good Clean Condition
