Vintage Native American Made Souvenir From Pow Wow -Bird Feather Wing / Leather. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
This is from the 1980s. I bought it in Maine at a powwow... which was a big ceremony with lots of singing and dancing and food. It's from the late eighties, and is made of actual bird feathers. A birds wing.
Part of it is also made of leather
I'm sorry I don't know what type of bird it is. It measures 30 inches long if you count the tassels at the end of the handle. Total length is 30in including the tassels.
Not really sure what it's for, maybe just decoration or to use in a dance performance
