VINTAGE PAPER CLIP OR HOLDER W/ REPRO.MARIA THERESA AUSTRIAN COIN FROM 1780

Interesting Cross Collectible. Large Desk Paper Clip / Paper Holder. This is usually used on a Desk and doubles as a paper weight....Measures about 2 1/2 by 1 1/2 and some weight to it.   I believe this may be Silver Plate But not Sure. It has a Small Reproduction Coin. It is  Austrian Leader Maria Theresa from 1790. In the Middle is a Compartment that opens. Has the Numbers 74 etched. Not sure what you would place in there. See photos...In this space is some black that may polish out, not sure. In Very Good Vintage Condition, I do not know the age, yet seller had it for many years. Buyer pays shipping and tracking.
