Vtg 1970 Tell City Indiana Tell City Early American Decorating Furniture Book

This listing features a cool Tell City (Tell City Indiana) Primer of Early American Home Decorating book. I didn't see a copyright/print date but the original owner has written inside front cover 1970 with a name.  It has 112 pages of illustrated pages.  There are no page tears or page creasing.  There is spine area wear on the hard back book boards and the back book board has some pealing wear as shown.  The interior is excellent.  It is sold as shown, as is, so, please ask questions.

All items I sell are either vintage or antique, so, there may be some less than perfect condition factor. Please note that I will state if the item is in excellent or mint condition. The books & paper items may have a slight "boxed up" smell. I buy all my items from estate auctions, so, I do not know if the person had pets or was a smoker.
